High-Performance Screw Jacks in their basic version are a drive solution in which the lifting movement is carried out by a non-rotating, fixed spindle, which is guided axially through the Screw Jack and must be prevented from rotating.

The basic version is primarily used when the spindle shouldn't obstruct the installation space in the retracted position.

High-Performance Screw Jack in traveling nut version

High-Performance Screw Jacks in the traveling nut version are a drive solution in which the lifting movement is carried out by a traveling nut on a rotating spindle. The spindle is axially fixed in the Screw Jack.

The High-Performance Screw Jack in the traveling nut version is mainly used when there's not enough space behind the gearbox for a retracting spindle. In addition, this version offers the possibility of using larger spindles, as these don't have to run through the gearbox. This allows for normal dimensioning of the gearbox, even if the spindle has to be enlarged due to buckling safety.
